Our Product Specialist position requires extensive knowledge of durable medical equipment. This role enjoys flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Minimal travel is required and ongoing product training is provided. This is not a call center position; it is a professional sales position offering a terrific opportunity for career development.  Our Product Specialists use a consultative and relationship building approach with our customers, with an emphasis on reliable support, high quality products and product expertise.

Product Specialists Responsibilities include:

  • Helping users, caregivers and case managers select and purchase appropriate Durable Medical Equipment, predominantly over the phone and occasionally through the internet via electronic chat sessions
  • Working with manufacturers to ensure that the appropriate equipment is ordered and delivered in a timely manner
  • Working closely with other team members to provide exceptional levels of service to our customers

 Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment industry.
  • Sales experience selling DME and/ or working as an ATP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and a high degree of comfort in navigating the internet
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree and/or background in OT, PT or other allied health field

  • Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with customers, verbally or in writing.
  • Ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service, support and responsiveness

  Pay Structure, Hours, and Benefits:

  • The pay structure is comprised of a base plus commission with total compensation range $50,000 - $90,000+ based on industry experience and product knowledge.  To ensure our customers have a Specialist available when they need us, our Sales department is open 9 am- 9 pm ET, M-F, 10 am-6 pm ET Saturday and 10 am- 4 pm ET on Sunday.
